Luxury Closet, returns and exchanges policy ensures you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and any packaging included.
- Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
- Items must be returned with a copy of the original receipt.
Return Process

- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange your item for another item of your choice.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
Refunds

Shipping Costs
