At LuxuryCloset, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our comprehensive returns and refunds policy.

Returns Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. For orders placed during promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), the return window may be extended to 45 days.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging where applicable
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations
  • Without any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

What Can Be Returned

  • All clothing items (dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear)
  • Shoes (must be unworn with original sole condition)
  • Bags and accessories
  • Jewelry (in original packaging)

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return Items

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Log into your LuxuryCloset account and go to “My Orders” or text us on whatsapp
  • Select the order containing items you wish to return
  • Click “Return Items” and select the items and reason for return
  • Print your prepaid return label (UK returns only)

Step 2: Package Your Items

  • Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached
  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • Include the return form in your package
  • Securely package to prevent damage during transit

Step 3: Ship Your Return

UK Customers:

  • Use the prepaid return label provided
  • Drop off at any Royal Mail post office or arrange collection

International Customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked service for your protection
  • Returns should be sent to our UK warehouse (address provided after return initiation)

Refunds

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank/card provider (typically 3-10 business days)

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price of returned items
  • Original shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (international returns only)

Partial Returns

If you return only part of your order:

  • You’ll receive a refund for the returned items only
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Any promotional discounts may be adjusted proportionally

Exchanges

Exchange Process

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our returns process
  2. Place a new order for your desired item
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return

Size Exchanges

For size-related exchanges, we recommend checking our detailed size guides before ordering. Our customer service team is available to help with sizing questions.

International Returns

Customs and Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • We cannot refund customs charges paid on the original order
  • Items must be declared accurately on customs forms

Return Shipping

  • International return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service
  • LuxuryCloset is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

Quality Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund including shipping costs
  • Alternative: We may offer a replacement if the item is available

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We’ll arrange collection of the incorrect item
  • Send the correct item at no additional cost
  • If the correct item is unavailable, we’ll process a full refund

Refund Methods

Original Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Buy Now, Pay Later Services: Processing time varies by provider

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative:

  • Store credit never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • May be offered for returns outside the standard return window (at our discretion)

Important Notes

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 15 – December 25 have an extended return window until January 31 of the following year.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales events are eligible for return under the same conditions, unless specifically marked as “Final Sale.”

Return Shipping Insurance

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns. LuxuryCloset is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website. Changes will not affect returns already in progress.
